About the Job:

The Market Logic Customer Success Manager is ultimately responsible for the success of their customers’ programs. What does that mean? At Market Logic, we believe that means putting the Customer’s success above all else and having a very customer centric worldview. Our CSM’s are vital to the ongoing success of our organization and our programs through ensuring that our customers' are getting the most value out of our platform and taking advantage of the offering in the best possible way.

Market Logic CSM’s are trusted advisors to our customers in a space and technology that is largely wide open. Ideal candidates have a strong propensity to build relationships and drive value through a consultative approach. This person needs to be a thought leader, negotiator, and consultant with our customers' interests at the forefront. Day-to-day activities will largely rest on three basic skill sets: relationship management; consultation on best practice usage of the Market Logic application; and some light project management.


Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the post-sales relationship: training, enablement, best practice consultation, product collaboration, & account management

Be the customers champion and ‘voice’ internally

Help build a world-class Customer Success organization within Market Logic
